Residential Course of Construction Program
The Course of Construction (COC) Program is designed for owners and contractors during construction of single or duplex residents. The basic policy consists of Builder's Risk Broad Form coverage with Commercial General Liability offered as an option. Self issuance program administer by CFI Underwriters through Echelon.

Oil & Gas Consultants Program & Related Services
Specifically designed for oilfield consultants (MWD, Directional Drillers, Well Site Supervisors, Battery Operators, etc.) and other related services that require liability coverage. This coverage includes premises, operations, products, and the completed operations hazards. This policy provides that the insured will pay damages to a third party, only when the insured becomes legally obligated to the third party do to an act, or condition for which the insured is responsible.

Feed / Seed / Grain Mills
CFI Underwriting Managers offers Broad Form or Named Perils cover for operating Mills. We cannot write silent risks under this program. We can write 100% (subject to Limit) or on a Subscription basis.
Bottle Depot / Recycling Program
We can offer you a full line of property and Casualty coverages. This programs primary function is to control Liability Costs for Bottle Depots but other collection stations can also access this program.
